Project details: The brief was to create a complete, rental-ready interior within a controlled budget and a very short timeline.
We selected furniture, lighting, textiles and decor from items available locally in Dubai, allowing us to complete the project in just 2.5 weeks. The interior was designed around a calm, contemporary palette, combining functional furniture with warm textures and carefully selected accents.
The apartment was fully furnished, styled and prepared for rental — from the initial concept and procurement to final installation and decor.

Project details: We carried out minor renovation works, including relocating electrical outlets and lighting points, making adjustments to wet areas and adding decorative wall finishes.
The brief was to create a vibrant, characterful and functional interior while retaining the existing neutral finishes. All built-in and freestanding furniture was custom-made.
We also worked with a professional organiser to design the wardrobes and their internal storage systems, including organisers, containers and storage accessories.

Two rooms were intentionally left unfurnished so that future tenants or owners could adapt them to their own needs.
