CONSENT TO PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

I hereby give my consent to Anna Yuryevna Khomenko, Sole Proprietor, Tax ID (INN) 773127655631, Primary State Registration Number (OGRNIP) 318774600384469 (hereinafter referred to as the “Operator”), to the automated and non-automated processing of my personal data, namely: full name, passport details, email address, date of birth, address, mobile phone number, and Telegram messenger username, for the purposes of concluding and performing a service agreement for furnishing (home staging) and/or a retail sale agreement for goods concluded remotely.
I hereby grant the Operator the right to perform any actions (operations) with my personal data, including collection, systematization, accumulation, storage, updating, modification, use, anonymization, blocking, and destruction.
I acknowledge that I have been informed that the Operator guarantees the processing of my personal data in accordance with the applicable legislation of the Russian Federation and the Privacy Policy.
This consent to the processing of personal data shall remain valid until it is withdrawn.
I acknowledge that consent to the processing of personal data may be withdrawn by preparing a written notice, which may be sent to the Operator at the following address: Moscow Region, Moscow, Belovezhskaya St., 15-3-57, 121353, via Russian Post, or delivered to the Operator in person against receipt. Upon receipt of my written notice withdrawing consent to the processing of personal data, the Operator shall cease processing such data within the period necessary to complete the processing.
